  • Once payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from the organization and subsequently the ticket for the evenings will be sent to the email address ordini.biglietti@i-ticket.it
  • By choosing multiple styles and levels, some classes may overlap. It is your responsibility to carefully choose your classes based on the schedule.
  • If you have indicated a partner in your workshop registration, your place will only be guaranteed if your partner has also registered (for the same class and level) and paid. In case your partner cancels, to keep your place, you will have to find someone else.
  • If for any reason you cancel your participation in the Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania, you will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • In the event of an eruption of Mount Etna that causes the cancellation of your flight —without the possibility of rebooking or diversion to another Sicilian airport—and results in your inability to attend the festival, you will be entitled to a full refund of the festival participation fee. 
  • You may sell your package to a third party at the same price, provided they are of the same level and role, and inform us accordingly. We at the organization will try to assist you in this regard, but we are not responsible if we cannot succeed.
  • If the Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania is cancelled by the Organization, participants will be refunded the value of their order.
  • In the event of Sicily Swing Fest 2026’s cancellation due to force majeure beyond the Organization’s control, you may choose between receiving an immediate refund of 75% of the amount paid or a credit for 100% of the amount paid, valid for participation in the next edition of the festival.
  • We want it to be a fun, comfortable, and safe event for everyone, so we will not tolerate any harassing behavior. Anyone who engages in inappropriate behavior will be removed from the event without any refund.
  • Any video recording of the lesson content or part of it is subject to approval by the instructors.
  • During the event, the organization will take photos and videos to promote future editions of the Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania. By registering for the event, you automatically give us your consent to use these images for this purpose on social networks.

Termini e condizioni

  • Una volta effettuato il pagamento riceverai una e-mail di conferma dell’ordine
  • Riceverai anche una e-mail con il tuo QR Code da mostrare all’ingresso.
  • Una volta effettuato il pagamento riceverai una mail di conferma da parte dell’organizzazione e successivamente si riceverà il biglietto per le serate dall’indirizzo di posta ordini.biglietti@i-ticket.it
  • Scegliendo più stili e livelli alcune classi potrebbero sovrapporsi. E’ tua responsabilità scegliere attentamente le lezioni basandoti sulla schedule.
  • Se nella tua registrazione per workshop hai indicato un partner, il tuo posto sarà assicurato solo se anche il tuo partner si è registrato (per la stessa classe e livello) e ha pagato. Nel caso il tuo partner si cancelli, per conservare il tuo posto, dovrai trovare un altro.
  • Se per qualsiasi motivo tu cancellerai la tua partecipazione al Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania, non sarai rimborsato in alcun caso. Potrai vendere il tuo pacchetto ad una terza persona e allo stesso prezzo purché del tuo stesso livello e con lo stesso ruolo, dandocene esaustiva comunicazione. Noi dell’organizzazione cercheremo di aiutarti in tal senso, ma non siamo responsabili se non ci riusciremo.
  • In caso di eruzione dell’Etna che comporti la cancellazione del tuo volo, senza possibilità di riprotezione o dirottamento verso un altro aeroporto siciliano, che comporti l’impossibilità di partecipare al festival, ti sarà riconosciuto il rimborso integrale della quota di partecipazione al festival.
  • Se Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania dovesse essere cancellato dall’Organizzazione, i partecipanti saranno rimborsati per valore dell’ordine.
  • In caso di cancellazione del Sicily Swing Fest 2026 per cause di forza maggiore, non dipendenti dalla volontà dell’Organizzazione, potrai scegliere tra ricevere un rimborso immediato del 75% dell’importo pagato, oppure avere un credito del 100% dell’importo pagato, valido per la partecipazione alla prossima edizione del festival.
  • Desideriamo che sia un evento divertente, confortevole e sicuro per tutti per cui non tollereremo alcun comportamento molesto. Chi dovesse incorrere in comportamenti inappropriati, sarà da noi allontanato senza alcun rimborso.
  • L’eventuale ripresa video dei contenuti delle lezioni o di parte di essi è soggetta all’approvazione da parte dei maestri.
  • Durante l’evento l’organizzazione effettuerà foto e filmati per promuovere le future edizioni del Sicily Swing Fest 2026 – Catania. Registrandoti all’evento ci dai automaticamente il tuo consenso ad utilizzare a questo scopo queste immagini sui social network.
